Question: Turn off USB / Charging Notifications.

Does anybody have a patch to disable all on-screen banner type notifications that relate to the USB:
USB cable connected/disconnected Dusconnect USB to reduce electricity consumption Phone % Charged Phone charging
etc
To me all these notifications are intrusive and totally redundant since i can look at the battery symbol/% and know whats happening and look at the cable to know wether its plugged in or not. Also eergy consumption is irrelevant since i always want 100% battery leaving the house, work or my car where i usually plug in the phone.
I guess you have to tinker your wishes into the conf files of
/usr/share/lipstick/notificationcategories/x-nemo.battery.chargingcomplete.conf/x-nemo.battery.chargingnotstarted.conf/x-nemo.battery.confetc.
