what kind of powerbank can i use for jolla 1

out there are many different kinds of powerbank

All USB-powerbanks have 5V, since that is the standard for usb. Capacity (Ah) depends on your needs, how often you want to charge the phone and what maximum size you want. A standard micro-USB cable is required, apart from that every powerbank should work with your phone. I got myself an EasyAcc powerbank with 10Ah. It almost matches the size of the Jolla 1 and should provide 4-5 complete charges of the phone

you can charge jolla 1 literally with any powerbank. because it ahve very small battery and no quick charge capabilities, so it always charge at ~1A

As already stated, it doesn't matter, all powerbanks are 5v - pick one you like the look of and can afford.
