after update to 2.1.2 sailorgram wont start

You could use this version of Telegram Desktop to continue using the telegram services in SailfishOS.

uninstall install recompiled version, did it.
also coderus openrepos version does work again after reinstall

Good to know. Maybe it needs to be recompiled? AFAIK there is still no Dev and sailorgram is abandoned.
