Hello,

I have Xperia X ready for becoming a Sailfish-Xperia X.

Unfortunately the Fileystem has been encrypted in settings menu.

Even repair with pc companion does not change that.

The bootloader is unlocked, but Emma tells me that the phone is locked.

Now I wonder if I can ignore Emma and go to fastboot-steps without ruin my phone.

I don't see why not. Encrypted partitions will be overwritten anyway. All the flash script looks for is the build version (>=34.3) and the presence of the OEM partition. If you had stock android should be fine.

What is the worst that can happen? You would need to use something like flashtool to flash a stock firmware back to the phone and start again.

Good luck.
