Anbox or something to run android apps on non Jolla devices [duplicate]

Good Morning,

I have a question can someone create something to run android apps like anbox, but it could be ported between devices.

Please, do feel free to use the search box before posting 'duplicate questions', it only takes a minute and prevents (hopefully) lots of the same questions clogging the forum.
