is this supported on jolla c / aquafish as it contains 536 dsp inside it

I think this question is possibly beyond the scope of most users here and the question maybe better directed at Jolla themselves, that isn't to say someone here may have some knowledge, but from what I can glean, you'd be better off visiting the Qualcomm site, perhaps download the SDK they offer and use them as your go-to source for now - then you can come back and tell us of your experience!.

going to try myself then, will share the experience ;), started this i question after seeing http://halide-lang.org/ have the ability to offload to hexagon

The ARM v7 target might just work.
