[feature request] Snap application icons to bottom of the screen instead of top of the screen

Currently the application icons in the app drawer snap to the top of the screen, i.e. furthest away from the thumb of the user. It might be more user friendly to snap to the bottom, or not snapping at all and allow the user to position the icons as they wish. The same could apply to the home view.
