bluetooth keyboard key repeats

I sucessfully connected my bluetooh keyboard with my Jolla. It works - BUT it is very annoying, that sometimes keys are repeated "ad infinitum" - even if I press only very briefly. I'm just writing this text with the very same keyboard on an Android tablet - and here the problem is non existent. Any ideas?
And by the way: how can I change the keyboard language settings?
Ive not had these problems with a bluetooth keyboard on jolla - but I have had issues with bluetooth keyboards in general where low battery gives me repeating keypress behaviour, although for you it does seem to be a sailfish issue.

Might be battery problems.
