so i bought this used phone which is bootlooper(both knew from beginning).bought it for cheap price-thought it was easy to factory reset this phone.some time later when looking through guides i tryied to to do factory reset and bam,it asks for devicelock code which i guess is lock screen code-managed to get in contact with the previous ownerbut he said he forgot it long time ago.i need help how i can factory reset this phone without devicelock code, many thanks!

Assuming this to be a Jolla phone, there is no method for lawful owner to recover device other than sending it in to Jolla for service if lock code forgotten: link text
