[Request] Show Dialpad when "Phone" app gets opened
The phone app shows the call history by default. For calling a number i need to open the menu. This is too difficult - why there is not just a dialpad when i open the app?

Phone app should definitely show dialpad by default. This is actually very important as if for example someone non-Jolla user needs to make emergency call using Jolla phone dialler should not be "hidden" behind pulley menu.

DerJott ( 2014-01-09 20:51:51 +0200 )editDialpad also has letters so it could search for names at the same time like in S4. This is easily the fastest way to select name / number with single UI.

A tip i read elsewhere is that - Have the Phone App open always and use cover actions to go straight to Dialpad option.
