Unexpected Network Traffic [duplicate]

I found out, that my Saifish X has unexpected network traffic. The data usage in settings says i have a continous download of about 30mb per hour.
I disabled all accounts and android support, rebooted and just opend the settings app and after 5 minutes i had 2,5mb down and 0,2 mb upload.
Is there a tool to monitor network taffic to find out what is going on? I tried these Instructions but i failed to install ntopng on sailfishx.
Has/Had someone a similar problem?
I was traveling so its possible that i catched some malware, but what malware would just download?

Yes, I believe another user @neo75 has had/is having the same problem. If there are network monitoring apps, they will be found either in Jolla Store or on Openrepos, I've not looked as I have no need for such apps; neo75 asked a very similar question, making yours a potential duplicate.
Your link shows a question around 2014, but a lot has changed with SFOS since then.
