Why not arrange everything from bottom to top?

One example: you place the most important toggle (in settings shortcuts) at first --> so it will be the most difficult to reach with your thumb (at top left corner!) it should be in bottom right corner.

Same goes for "last used apps" in multitasking screen and e.g. notifications, they should be on bottom, not on top of the screen...

This is not without logic. Definitely something to think about.

A sailboat has to have a keel. Lots of weight up high feels unbalanced and innatural. But, I would surely try it out!

that if you are not left-handed. i for once im happy with the right-handed original distribution. perhaps, and this should be another feature per se, there should be an option in settings to mirrow the entire OS ui to make it left-handed friendly, specially for right to left swipes. top left corner (shortcut) dots are in the "right" place. i guess bottom-top distribution would make it a good compromise for both worlds (left- and right- handed users).
