[feature request]enable 4k video recording and add ability to choose recording resolution

Xperia x supports 4k video capturing so enabling it for sailfish camera. And also add ability to choose video recording resolution.
please make the audio recorder more sensible too. Can't hear anything clearly on my recorded vids.
