Option to pay for prioritizing features

Ok this is just an idea and I'd like everyone to say what you think about it.

So we know that Jolla team is small, and we - users - always want more than they can deliver. So they for sure have some priority list etc. We can only bug for the features but without money they can do nothing. So how about this idea: - Jolla will allow us to donate them with the amount of money we want - say that every 10$ of dontaion will result in one vote - each vote can be used to vote for a features we want Thanks to this we will support functionalities we/users/community really need and Jolla would have extra money. There was one project like this, they eventualy switched to fully paid software but here is different. Sailfish has already paid option but let's get serious 50EUR for Jolla is small amount of money. Maybe that would be something? What you think about this?

If this was viable, I imagine that Jolla would have called on the community already. There is nothing wrong with your idea, but I personally feel it will end up in Room 101 with the myriad of ignored requests, essentially and I've said this a number of times before, we don't get a say in what happens with the OS, that doesn't meant literally no say, but we end users don't pay the bills.....which is part of your point in your question, personally, I think/imagine that with the current workload at HQ, there is no room for this is Jolla's busy schedule and seriously good devs outside of Jolla are not abundant.

Maybe something like "If you purchased <1year a Sailfish licence, your votes weight 10 votes"

We users(at least me) do not know all the dependencies inside the OS; there-for buying separate individual funtionalities would end in chaos.

Also there are a lot of community created improvements already available but Jolla has not implemented these to the OS. I feel this would be better way to get the functionalities we are hoping for. Maybe you could support these guys instead.
