chat notification to lower music volume [released]

just noticed that the sms notification does not stop the music anymore but just make it lower, and that's good, but i noticed that the chat notification still stop the music, would be nice to just have it lowered too like the sms sound :)
inconsistency!, it's the sailfish way, didn't you know? ;)
