Qt Version Upgrade Plans [answered]

I can see from the SF3.0 release blogpost that a "major Qt upgrade" is planned. What version of Qt is SF3.0 getting upgraded to?

Sailfish OS will be upgraded to Qt 5.9 LTS which will bring some nice goodies for developers, a lot of bug fixes and other improvements.

It's indicated to be version Qt 5.9 (browser changelog mentioned it). However this source is from a changelog and no official statement made by Jolla.

Is it reasonable to wish that apps using QtLocation would be accepted in the Jolla Shop?
