[Request] feature to select and delete multiple messages

I have to delete messages (SMS) one at a time by long-tapping on them. Is there a way to do something like in Gallery or Email where pulley-menu offers an option to select items, then a trash-bin icon appears at the bottom?

Absolutely right. Please provide a pulley menu option just like in gallery.

I Agree. An option to delete sms older than x days would be nice too.
