Wifi password form is a modal dialog

And it cant even be swiped away and sent to bg. So the usual workflow "Take picture of wifi details -> swap between form and picture to enter the password" becomes impossible. There's also no special reason why wifi password input should block everything until accepted or canceled, right?

I call duplicate in light of DaveRo's original post, however I agree completely with the sentiment from this user. This post is practically spelling out the same thing.

The cause is the same but mine was just about blocking log in whereas this one adds another aspect - blocking inter-app switching. I'll make mine a wiki so it can be expanded
