Hello Jolla people,

I have Sailfish 3.0.1.14 running on Xperia XA2 -Dual SIM. I am trying setup microsoft exchange account. Unfortunately I am always getting message "Could not add account". And there is description which says that I have to setup device lock. But I have device lock configured.

Do you know what it could be problem and how to solve it ?

Thank you in advance for your answer

01-03-2020 With version 3.2.1.20 I am able add account but no email is synced. Application AquaMail is able connect to outlook server and download emails. Any hints ?

Closing this even older request in favor of this one:

@peterleinchen: Why would a feature request for the Android subsystem be a suitable substitute for an issue with the sailfishos native Exchange integration?

When facing the same issue, deactivating "provisioning" in the Exchange account setup made my Exchange account work as expected, while unfortunately being non-compliant to corporate guidance.

Sorry, must have mixed up here.
Thanks for clearing and re-opening.

Hi,

did you try to set up "do.not use the device lock" in your SailfishOS settings ?

I've add the same problem, but setting up the device lock like this makes my exchange account to work. then, I redefined 10mns before asking the device code, after the exchange account to be created.
