[feature-requested] nfc icon on top of home if activated

Hello jolla team.

thank you for having build the 1st stone for the interface.

Please apply an Icon for NFC if it's On, as it is done for the wlan or bluetooth.

in settings is described that it may have an impact on power.
Then is always smart to have a status before the eyes, which display the current statement.
Is currently missed.

You can get a bit more visibility of the NFC status by adding the NFC widget to your top menu (Settings App > Top menu > Switches > NFC).
