WLAN not working without SIM card
Since I got an Xperia X, I have kept my old Jolla 1 up and running as a spare device. My thought was also to update the software continuously and use it to test stuff etc. But as it is just a spare phone, I don't have a SIM card for it and would need WLAN to update it, and of course do other stuff on the Internet. But I can't enable WLAN.
It just says Networking is not available. Please restart device. I have tried restarting many times but it is always the same. How can I get WLAN working? Is the problem related to the fact that I don't have a SIM card or is it a coincidence?
Jolla 1, v2.1.3.7
My Jolla 1 has been without SIM card more than three years now and I've been able to update it using WLAN. Latest sw now installed is Hossa 3.0.3.9. If you insert SIM card (guess you have one in your everyday phone) just to test if it then connects to WLAN? If yes, then test without card.

If you have Sailfish Utilities installed (it appears in Settings, in the last section 'Info', if installed), try "Restart network subsystem".
If not available or if did not help, then this might help (developer mode needed):
If not, try this then:
If nothing else helps, consider resetting the phone to factory settings. You will notice during the initial setup if WLAN works. Next, upgrade it to the latest OS version 3.0.3, followed by apps and accounts.
