ahoi sailors,

I read alot about the manual copy & paste of the obb files from games and the pain with downloading them from 3rd party homepages.

here is the solution: use the amazon app store.

use an android browser to find the store because the jolla browser would be detected as non android system

the store has alot of google play games and updates came 2-3 days behind. you need an amazon account to use the store.

instead of all other 3rd party stores amazon uses an overlay at the first start of a game to download the obb file correctly.

only bug i've found is the not working update section, the workaround is to search your installed app and update it from there.

Greetings, quick question, from which browser did you download? I tried from duckduckgo browser and Firefox Klar and didn't succeed. For some reasons, I've already tried downloading apk's from android browsers with no success. Any suggestions?

I use bromite, a chromium based browser. downloadable via f-droid repo.

Greetings, can you please elaborate how you made this possible... not sure if it's only me, but for some reason I am unable to install fdroid. When I managed to finally install an fdroid apk, I couldn't install, search or do anything within the app. Tried downloading Bromite apk from their website, android installer states "android version not compatible". This 2 apps have been the only ones that have given me trouble.

f-droid made some trouble too, i think it worked after a phone restart. and i had installed it via wlan. to get the bromite repo I installed another browser, (i forgot which one, opera mini or something) the reason: i was unable to copy the repo link from the QR-code by tap and hold it. once it is in the clipboard I was able to apply the repo to f-droid in their settings. okay it was more complicated as I thought it was.
