Bug: 'Disconnected' message instead of 'Busy' [duplicate]

Today when I made several calls to the same person within a minute or so, my call got dropped and a I got a 'Disconnected' message. A couple of minutes later when I talked live to this person she told me that she was busy talking on the phone then. It would have been great to get a 'Busy' message instead.
