Can not copy /usr/share/X11/xkb even as root

Dear sailors,

i can not copy /usr/share/X11/xkb in the terminal to play a little with it. Why?

I don't know, why don't you paste your command so we can see if perhaps you have something wrong?, what error did you get when you tried?..........

Your command should be;

devel-su cp -R /usr/share/X11/xkb /path/to/copy/to

I saved my xkb folder to '/home/nemo' and upon checking, it is there, intact.
