There should be the ability to set certain contacts as "high priority" such that they play notification sounds/ringtones even if it's set to silent. Some people end up being on-call (like me,) and "my phone was on silent and I didn't here it" isn't a good excuse when an incident is occurring.
Yes, agreed. Exactly how it is in android. Important contacts enables notice sound allways as it was in Xperia X and XA2 as androids.
