Recurring event, same day of week (e.g. Monday monthly/fornightly)

Any idea how I set an event , that happens on the same DAY each month / fortnight / 4 weeks. e.g. 2nd Monday of month. or every 2nd tuesday.

Every monthly event I have is in this category, can't say I have anything that is 5th of every month type.

I fear the most pragmatic way would be to add this event on an external UI (PC/Web) and sync it to Sailfish. Calendar UI is really sad.
