Stuck on 3.0.1.14

Greetings,

my XA2 was turned off for a couple of months, turned it on again yesterday (battery was at 100%!).

I can't get the device to update the the current version, it is stuck on 3.0.1.14. I tried everything I could think of, I have checked for updates more than 50 times, left it turned on, plugged in, left the settings app running, switched from Manual updates to Automatic. No luck, it always claims "Up to date".

What can I do?

Isn't 3.1.x the current release?

If internet connectivity works, I would check from terminal. pkcon refresh works for you?

OK, thanks for that. Currently trying to update to the latest Stop Release which appears to be 3.2.0.12. I'll report back when finished/failed.

If version --dup resulting in "Waiting" for more than 20 minutes is indicative of a failure, please let me know...

The latest release is 3.1.0.12 not 3.2.0.12, in case this isn't just a typo here.
