Remorse progress bars need to show individuality

Some of the remorse progress bars need to show what it is they are deleting.
Scenario:
I select 3 items to be deleted.
3 items are in progress of deletion.
I decide to retain one of the items that are in progress of being deleted before the remorse time expires.
How can I tell which one to retain without retaining all?
