How to fix automatic time zone

Having a major problem with time on latest update 3.2.1..... time is off and when I manually set time it works but if reboot it starts wrong time again.... anyone else with this problem? Is there a fix? Thanks 2 all who reply!

I have experienced something similar, now to try and explain it...

First view after an OS update; Time and date settings: Automatic update is ON Time zone: Spain, Madrid (dimmed out)

So, I unset Automatic update, Time zone is now highlighted but showing Finland as zone.

Tapped on Time zone to set to Spain, Madrid and set Automatic update ON again. After that, the time zone/time is always correct.... a bug perhaps, also possibly a duplicate, I haven't looked.
