According to the official signal guide
Backup and Restore Messages
backups are stored in /Internal Storage/Signal/Backups or /sdcard/Signal/Backups, the *.backup file needs to be moved to the new phone and the Signal app will pick it up there. However, where can this file location be found on Sailfish OS?
