Deployment on Windows is slow again [duplicate]

I know there is an issue about this. But it's from 2014 and the speed of deployment was ok since then.

But since 2 or 3 updates every communication between Qtcreator and Virtualbox takes very long.

So with both Build Engine and Emulator already running in VBox the deployment of a simple app to the emulator takes about 100sec.

The PC is a i7-8700, 16Gb RAM, SSD, Windows 10, Virtualbox 6.1 (and 6.0). But I also have these problems on a i5 running Windows 7.

On Linux everything runs fine with much older machines.

How could I track down this problem?
