Hi,

I am using SFOS "Nuuksio" (the latest and greatest) on an XA2 dual sim phone. Android app support is enabled.

Any Danish users here who have managed to make the DRTV app work? For me, it doesn't work. It is the usual problem of the app complaining about the absence of Google Play Services. Some apps work regardless of that, others like this one does not. the DRTV app is an app that makes a mobile phone interact with e.g. a smart tv to broadcast the programs of the Danish national broadcasting corporation (DR). I would really like to have it work. I installed the app via APKPure.

After reading your question I tried to install the DRTV app on my XA2 Dual Sim H4113. The app is working fine on my XA2. I have installed MicroG which might make the difference. I installed the app from the Aurora shop.

Having seen the app I do think however that the app offers very limited benefits over simply watching DRTV in a browser. Both the native browser and Firefox for Android can be used.

Thanks. I tried MicroG previously but it seemed to screw up my system completely so I had to make a factory reset. I am therefore reluctant to trying it again. But it could be that the app does not offer much of an advantage over simply using a browser.

Installing microG can be a bit of a nightmare, I also had to try twice before succeeding.

I was guided by DrYak’s ”How to” https://together.jolla.com/question/209300/how-to-microg-in-sfos-31/

If you click on the link and scroll down to DrYak’s guide and follow it. It should be possible, as mentioned, I eventually succeeded following this guide.

I also just tried to install it with aurora using MicroG. It opens and plays videos just fine. I haven't tried any other features.

But since there are now at least two other Danes here 🇩🇰 would you mind testing the banking apps I've mentioned in this question?. I could really use to get coopbank and fælleskassen working. It's a hassle to use the web UI.

Now, I installed MicroG according to the procedure in the url above and it still doesn't work but I'll probe a little more. @Tanghus, I use Arbejdernes Landsbank and I am not sure if they use the same banking app, but I'll see if I can make it work. Not being able to make the DRTV app work does not bode well, though.
