I am not really happy with the new call end message popping up after every hook up action. As we need to terminate calls by pulley menu, there's quite a risk of inadverted touching the call again button, which is annoying. Is ist possible to disable the call end popup dialog? Call termination by hardware button (camera button) would make a lot more sense to me.

It actually happened to me already that I unintentionally re-dialled after manually hanging up. The problem could be somewhat mitigated by moving the message up such that the buttons are no longer in the vicinity of the hangup button of the previous scene. I also consider this a (albeit small) UI failure.

Yes, agreed.

But I think it even got (a bit) better in 3.2.1 than before. Earlier I had that happening quite often.
Nevertheless there is room for optimization!

it's a matter of priorites. I'd much prefer address hints when entering phone numbers and T9 search from the dialer over that call end message.
