is there any way how SFOS developers can benefit from AuroraOS ecosystem?
is anyone aware of any ways how SFOS developers (outside of Russia) could benefit from AuroraOS ecosystem?
E.g. Jolla Harbour is available for those devices - I bet not. If not then any special store - other than Open Repos? Or that ecosystem is fully closed and is for enterprise/governmental devices only?
0:53 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQs0ze-JxmA you can see how they can install apps. From some external aplication.

Anyway, don't get your hopes up, I wouldn't be surprised if they had "apps" that work on local server written on php, that's the kind of "quality" Russian Federation's governmental apps usualy have.

(other than that, AuroraOS probably gets a few extremely specific custom applications for the very exact needs that the Russian government is buying these phones for. like data entry forms for some internal database)
DrYak ( 2020-02-03 04:07:56 +0200 )edit@DrYak of course, OMP contribution is.beneficial - but I was interested in getting apps.there. Of.course, primarily targetting enterprise/government users makes situation special. They might.not.be that much inteeested.in my Gooble Invasion masterpiece... ;)
zlutor ( 2020-02-03 07:05:47 +0200 )editI thought they are already committing to the code base. And I don't think anyone can be interested in some postal package tracking/banking or a specific server dependent app. There is samsung's tizen you can grab parts from https://source.tizen.org/
