new native instagram

Now all the native instagrams on sfos are dead, but Instagram announced the basic display API last October. This allows third-party applications to implement some basic viewing. This might bring us a native instagram with basic features. Anyone interested in developing a new native instagram? ☺
I know very little about programming , so I can't help this:(, but I can pay for it .
