[idea] Make detail-settings for energysafemode or two kind of mode

I have read so many about battery drain problems. But I think it is normal to charge the phone dayly.
For me works good the energy safe mode. With this I can use the phone more then 2 days.
Yes in this mode the cpu are slowly but it works.
The own problem is that I get not notifications from the massagers e.g. Telegram because they are not active if the phone locked.
My suggestion is now could you make settings for the energy safe mode? The use could choose what should be switch off and how high the max. CPU rate is.
A alternative way is - could you make two versions of low power mode? Than we can start the one "soft" mode maybe by 60% and the "hard" energy save mode by 20%. In the soft mode the notifications (backround check of the messagers) on but the rest is the same like the exist mode.
It’s only an idea and needs time I think. Maybe the other user can add also details.
