How long does a factory reset with data wipe take? (Sailfish 3 - Aqua Fish)

Hello mate. Now I have another problem. I can't activate developer mode. I need it to turn my Intex into a Jolla C.

I have Sailfish 2.0.2.45. I have tried to follow this guide, but it doesn't work for me:

my intex is not in active use anymore, was unreliable with reboots and all. but i did check now. it is a sailfish, not intex. i know that i needed 2 or three times to suceed. that the guides for converting did not work on too high versions etc.

devmode must be there on intext cause else converting would not be possible. if you do not find any other option: factory reset again, then try to turn on devmode. i have no better ideas.
