Allow to restore backup directly after factory reset

The upgrade to 3.3 did not want to start, so I went for backup + factory reset. After factory reset I had to e.g. set the Jolla account, configure this and that, and sadly also went into the first start tutorial that wasted my time (probably my fault that I have not skipped it).
It would be very helpful if I could just choose to restore a backup if one is present on the device as one of the very first steps.
