Video call not working

Hi guys, i have tried a video conference (sony xperia x f5121, last update rokkua) with whatsapp and facebook messenger, but not sucess. The people in the call can hear my voice , but there is a black screen any idea ? Thanks in advance .
my cam is working , without any problem .just to video calls.
