Meta question: should we close questions with a workaround?
I see that this question is closed with an accepted answer that is just an ugly workaround that I would not consider 'solving' the problem.
I would suggest keeping that question (and analogous ones) open instead; closing them hides the fact that the bug has not been solved yet.
I was going to say "hard no", but then i saw that it was closed by the author... I guess they are free to choose whatever solution that is good enough? For closing other peoples' questions with workarounds, i'd say that is really bad form.

Nerevareeeeeeee ( 2020-05-21 22:51:01 +0200 )editSorry, missed that... but it was answered by edgar, so sort of same territory still, but then i'm leaning "no".

Not really sure that this question needs to be asked, the decision is a matter of personal choice for all forum users here.
