oathtool - Missing

I use pass and, on every other machine, I also use pass-otp.
I have installed this to Sailfish OS using git clone as I couldn't find it in the repository but it fails on use giving the error: Failed to generate OTP code: oathtool is not installed
A search using pkcon is showing up nothing. What, if any, is the solution to this please?
