Hello

I would like to know, is there any possibility to send all the traffic through TOR in sailfish 3.3.0 Rokua?, in order to anonymize all your data.

if there is, how to do it?

thanks

Run a tor node in your device and proxy everything through it. There is nothing special in that.

The more difficult thing is on your browser, as I assume you want to use network connection for browsing? There is no hardened browser on SFOS and I suppose the "private mode" of sailfish browser still probably leaks some data to the network.

How do you set a general proxy for gsm? Routing through localhost: 9050 would work in Wifi networks but in mobile networks you might have to set the proxy application wise e.g. with SimpleProxy in Fennec/Firefox

@WT.Sane I do not understand what you mean by setting proxy to GSM?

Do you mean that you'd want to route your voicecalls thru tor? Unfortunately that is not possible; the signalling that sets up a VC for voicecall is separate from setting up a GTP session for IP traffic.

If you want to use voice through tor they you need to use an IP call application, like sip, skype, whatsup, telegram or something else and route that over tor.

Obviously that is not what I mean.

There is a proxy setting for each Wifi connection but there is none for mobile networks in general. So using TOR for all traffik -that is what the original poster wants- is easy for each Wifi setup but can only be done on application level in mobile networks. Thus apps with proxy settings can use TOR in mobile networks and others can't.
