Hi, I have a Turing phone and it stopped updating at 2.0.4.14. Is there anyway that I can update to 2.1 or 2.2 os? I tried refresh the list in terminal or version -dup with a version number after using release command, but it will just say didn't find the os in the store.repository.jolla. Thanks.

short answer: nope. sorry you fell for the scam that was turing :(

third party devices like intex, turing have their updates managed by them. so you can only get updates from the manufacturer, not from jolla. and turing... didnt exist that long lol.

As @misc11 answered, unfortunately it's most likely the case that there won't be any updates available.

As far as I've understood Sailfish was licensed for Turing phone as their own UI. I don't think it's even very advisable to try update the device even if there was a some fuzzy way for that. You could potentially just brick the whole device in that process or something might not work at all.

It has been possible to update Intex Aquafish as Jolla C in some instances and at least on some users but Turing is quite a different case.

Thanks for the responses. I did manage to update to 2.1.1.26 via the terminal. When I tried 2.1.2.3, the repository medium doesn't have an xml file to update after Refreshing at 50%. I think that is the Latest os I can update, I don't think I can update to 2.1.3 without having 2.1.2. But anyway. I think my problem solve, I can update from the terminal. I did soft brick one time but recovered from the recovery.
