Novel idea, app icon size based on use frequency [not relevant]

How about organizing the application-list like tag-clouds? The more frequently used application icons would grow bigger and vice versa. However then the list should be somewhat dynamic, and not strictly in rows of 4.

I'm not really serious about this, I just wanted to share the idea :-)
