change default django csrf error page to something more informative

imho the together csrf django error page could be more informative :)
I know what it means, normal user don't.
It should not occur in normal usage, but for example with session recovery it's possible (seen it at least twice)
some short info what went wrong, some possible reasons and how to solve it (reload) should be sufficient.
