Clock alarm bug [not relevant]

Alarms show an hour different from when they are set to. For example set to 06:00 the alarm appears as set to 07:00 but goes off at 06:00.

The alarm notification shows both 06:00 and 07:00.

This is a known issue with folks in some timezones (certainly in Europe/London)
