if you have a page in portrait like squirrelmail, and you turn landscape, you can only see the top and cannot scroll down.

Edit: it appears it is due to frameset pages and not limited to landscape. either the height is limited to the left side or maybe the noframes height?

Can't re-produce; haven't yet encountered a web page in which changing from Portrait to Landscape wouldn't let me see or scroll to the bottom of the page. Maybe it's some specific www-pages with layers or frames etc that cause problems in displaying content?

i think the portrait page needs to have no scrollbars for it to trigger... but unsure... my squirrelmail has this, so, i have it often... though of course, it's not like i can give you access to my squirrelmail :-)

i have it in portrait now too... it seems frameset related...
