Yes! :)
Currently (Feb 2014), you can only order a default Jolla which comes with a white Other Half

If you read the question, it's asking can you get black without getting the white with the phone. And the answer is no, you can get a 10€ discount for buying a TOH with a new phone, but you still end up with two other halves.
