Display IP on lock screen in developer mode

When on a DHCP network (that you don't admin yourself) the device IP can change from time to time and when the device locks, getting to settings and the developer settings takes many steps.
A simple display of current WiFi IP on the lock screen would make developer life a tiny bit easier, just a double-tap to see the IP.
