Live Wallpaper, Image show and animated ambience

  • It would be great if we could select a folder of pictures for one Ambience or even a video (like on KDE).
  • It would be cool to have a Matrix style Ambience with running symbols.
  • Would be a great add-on for movie producers as well having a real OS that looks like the devices used in science fiction movies (with that blue-white translucent interfaces).

This idea is just for improving the coolness-factor of the SailifshOS. It probably adds nothing to productivity. Just for completeness.

EDIT: Added "Live Wallpaper" to title as that is what it is called in other OSs. For the request I'd like to add the not only animated but interactive a"live" possibilities like dynamic content on the background.

I like the idea. I am a bit concerned about the power consumption, but it adds costumizability, etc.. and it can run maybe just on the home screen.

@ruga Just get yourself a spare battery and you shouldn't worry running out of power. ^.^ Oh my, the battery is becoming a running gag!
